We require our users to register an account in the website in order to start using its services. By registering an account with us, you agree that the platform will record and we will gain access to personal details like name, contact number, address, email address, date of birth and etc. These details are required to ensure we provide our services to you in the smoothest procedure. It is at users own responsibility and accordance to provide the most current, updated and accurate of their personal details to prevent any form of miscommunication between both parties.

We will, at your acknowledgement access your account on administrator end to perform changes to your order(s) like adding of items, editing quantities/price or deleting of item(s). All changes are deemed final once they are performed and OH reserves the right to decline or reject any personal requests or otherwise disputes regarding the changes.

Graphics and images on this website, including the OH logo, mascot and all related images, are protected by copyright.

Any unauthorised download of software, data, files and images from the website are strictly prohibited. No material from this website shall be reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or otherwise distributed in any way without the prior consent of OH.

Any modification, use of, distribution, downloads of any of the materials without prior consent from OH will be a violation of our copyright and all other intellectual property rights. Legal actions will be taken against all violators.

When placing orders in the website, users will be deemed as agree to read and accept our privacy policy as well as all of the terms and conditions as stated below.

Pre-Orders (PO)

1. We encourage users to make their orders early during the PO period. Orders placed after PO deadline is not guaranteed and may not be fulfilled. All non-regular customers are required to pay a deposit in order to secure the PO slot and price. Deposit amount varies for different customers and items and will be advised accordingly separately via WhatsApp.
2. POs does not guarantee secured orders. Suppliers might not accept our orders due to MOQ and other reasons under their discretion. In such event, your order will be cancelled and any deposit will be fully refunded without penalty.
3. In the event of stock cuts, PO allocation will be first based on loyalty system, and any available extras will then be based on a first come first served basis, any deposit will be fully refunded without penalty.
4. Cancellation of PO at user’s decision even before the closing period will result in all deposits being forfeited. All PO deposits are non-transferrable or refundable after paying. Users are encouraged to exercise due consideration before proceeding to make any deposit.
5. Customers will be notified via WhatsApp/email/SMS within 2 working days upon item arrival. Balance payments (if any) and collection for PO items must be done within 2 weeks after contact from us. Failure to do so will result in deposit forfeited and item put up for resale at current retail price.
6. In the event that customers are unable to arrange for collection within 2 weeks, maximum holding period (after balance clearance) will be extended to 1 month from date of arrival based on a case-by-case basis.
7. All stated release date set at the time of pre-order is an estimate. Release date and subsequent arrival date could be subjected to change without further notice. Cancellation is not allowed due to non-tolerance of long waiting time.

Back-Orders (BO)

1. All BO items are subjected to availability at the time of purchase. In the event that no more stock available after you made the order, the order will be deemed as void and any payments (if any) will be refunded without penalty.
2. BO items pricing are subjected to change from PO period and availability at our discretion.

In-Stock (IS)

1. All IS items are subjected to availability at the time of purchase. In the event that no more stock available after you made the order, the order will be deemed as void and any payments (if any) will be refunded without penalty.
2. All IS items pricing are subjected to change from PO/BO period and availability at our discretion.
3. All IS items must be fully cleared of balance within 3 days after order is made. We do not allow of reservations for unpaid IS items.

Sales Items (SAL)

1. All SAL items are subjected to availability at the time of purchase. In the event that no more stock available after you made the order, the order will be deemed as void and any payments (if any) will be refunded without penalty.
2. All SAL items are not eligible for further discounts with the use of coupons/vouchers/credit, unless otherwise stated.
3. All SAL items are not eligible for any form of exchanges/refund.

Photos shown in our catalogue are of prototypes or samples provided by the manufacturer. There may be some inconsistencies between the prototypes and the ones actually marketed for mass-production. Occasionally small imperfections in paint job such as spot marks, slight faded/off coloration and small paint smudges on parts on the item; stitching issues on cloth material, oiliness and stickiness due to weather/temperature conditions. These are naturally occurring inconsistencies caused by the mass-production process and are not considered as defects that are eligible for exchanges and refunds.

Any superficial box damages (dents, creases) are not considered ‘damaged goods’, therefore neither exchanges nor refunds will be made based on this basis. Often we received damaged boxes directly from manufacturers and suppliers, hence customers are not allowed to request/choose boxes condition based on individual preference level. All handed over items box condition is final. Any box damages caused during courier/shipment process shall not be held responsible by OH.

Genuine defects such as *broken and missing parts (*visible from outside of inner box, once inner box is fully cut open and item removed from it, these issues will not be entertained due to benefit of doubt that customer may have mishandled the items that led to the breakages or missing parts.), or major paint job defect are to be reported within 7 days and will be handled on a case-by-case basis, exchanges will be subjected to manufacturers/suppliers final decision. In the event that defects are deemed legit but an exchange is not applicable, full refund will be provided.

All overseas customers are not eligible for any forms of exchanges or refunds due to the above mentioned issues for all brand new and sealed merchandise. Please exercise due considerations before purchasing with us.

You may terminate these Terms of Use and be breached of all conditions and policies at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services, or when you cease using our site. 

If in our sole judgement you fail, or we suspect that you have failed to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Use, we may terminate your account and service and all of its agreement at any time without notice.

If in any of the unfortunate events listed below:

·        you breach any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or any other agreement you have with us;
·        become bankrupt or insolvent, or died in an unforeseen circumstance;
·        you are in observance under the law for any inappropriate code of conduct, sentenced to a jail term, exiled from Singapore’s jurisdiction;
·        you are suspected of using or allowing the our services to be used for fraud, misconduct or any other illegal or improper purpose;

We may terminate your account and service and all of its agreement at any time without notice.

Upon termination confirmation, all credits, vouchers, coupons you have in your account will be rendered useless, all outstanding orders will be void and all deposits you may have with us will be forfeited and not refundable/transferrable to a second party/user in our website. All non-fully paid items regardless under PO/BO/IS will be considered as void.

The management reserves the right to amend all the above mentioned terms and conditions and its related policies without prior notice.
