Delivery / Shipping

For Local Customers:

1) Park N Parcel Service (PNP)

  • We highly recommend this service. Deliver to over 30 locations throughout the island for a mere $3 fees. For more info, please visit: www.parknparcel.com.sg/park-n-deliver/
  • All total value exceeding $200, we will absorb the $3 PNP fees. Not applicable to combined holding items and non regular customers, once decided to hold item(s) beyond 2 weeks collection window period, $3 fees applies.

 

2) Self collection

  • Customers who wish to pick up their item(s) personally has to do so at Woodlands or Admiralty MRT stations only.
  • Day and timing of delivery will be arranged at both parties convenience.
  • Collection window period is 2 weeks. For longer period of more than 2 weeks, balance payment have to be made and *holding period up to 1 month maximum.

 

For overseas customers:

1) Shipping rates & cost

  • All default *Air shipping method will be through Singpost registered mail service. It is the cheapest option available in Singapore. (Doorstep delivery)
  • If registered mail service is not available due to box size dimensions, the next available Air shipping method will be Airparcel service. We are business partners with Singpost and all Airparcel services will be at a 15% discounted corporate rate.
  • A standard $5 handling fees (packaging materials and labour) will be charged for all overseas shipment.
  • Any failed overseas delivery due to the following reasons will incur a return shipping cost 50% of the original shipping amount. Customers will bear this amount and pay for the shipping cost in order for us to ship out your parcel again.

  2. parcel not picked up within the designated holding period of destination post office

2) How do you pay for shipping cost?

For pre-order items

  • Item's actual weight unknown, upon check out of shopping cart, you will only pay for the item's cost without the shipping cost included.
  • Once the item has arrived in Omocha House, item(s) will be packaged and weighed for exact shipping cost. 
  • Shipping cost will be payable only when item(s) is ready for shipment.
  • A separate e-payment invoice will be sent to you to pay the shipping cost.

For in-stock items

  • Upon check out of shopping cart, you will only pay for the item's cost without the shipping cost included.
  • Item(s) will be packaged and weighed for exact shipping cost. 
  • Shipping cost will be payable only when item(s) is ready for shipment.
  • A separate e-payment invoice will be sent to you to pay the shipping cost.

*Please note, we will only ship out your item(s) after shipping cost is received. No cancellation of order is allowed at this point of time. If payment is not received after 2 weeks from the date e-invoice is sent out, any prior payment for item will be forfeited and item released for sale.

 

Overseas shipping clause

  • We do not allow any cancellation of orders because customers thought there will not be shipping fees involved. ALL shipment overseas will incur a shipping cost. If you choose to cancel your order because you do not wish to pay for the shipping cost, any payment for the item will be forfeited and there will be no refund.
  • All shipping processes will involve the risk factor of goods being damaged. Omocha House will always show customers pictures of the condition of the item(s) before shipping. Omocha House will not be held responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.
  • Shipping fees to countries outside Asia will be costly, especially USA, Europe, Africa and Middle East countries, overseas customers from these countries please exercise detailed consideration before buying.

The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Shipping / Delivery policy without prior notice.
